47mins. I wasn't going to run tonight but then I was worried that my sister would ask about it and I'd have to come up with an excuse. I got out to the treadmill and it was around 100ºF told myself I'd just run a mile but pushed harder. I need to loose this weight. Thinking of getting a gym pass it is way too hot to be running in the workshop.
