| | Did a long warm up and cool down resulting in a time of 45mins. First run since breast reduction 3 weeks ago. Doctor said to take it slow. |

I got out to the treadmill and it was around 100ºF told myself I'd just run a mile but pushed harder. I need to loose this weight. Thinking of getting a gym pass it is way too hot to be running in the workshop.
