Worked until late walked around 9 miles during shift
31:20 breaking in new shoes so I stopped as soon as my feet started to hurt
52:25 I've been getting lots of side cramps my past few runs so I decided to do a long warm up and some good stretching before my run...didn't help. Hit my 5k at 44:00!!!! :) Feeling really good!
